Your rights, obligations and liability release form

Great to see you’re taking this seriously and reading what we hope to offer and what we ask from you in return.

The Touch&Play Project organizes many different events and we attempt to be as inclusive and giving as possible. We try to ensure that everyone can participate in the activities that interest them in a safe and collaborative manner.

When you register, we cannot, however, guarantee a space in each desired workshop or activity. Not all workshops are appropriate for all participants and due to the size of spaces, the teacher might close the door when it’s full. The teachers, facilitators and organizers are empowered to determine how many people they would like and who they feel comfortable teaching to in any given circumstance. The T&P team reserves the right to change the schedule and the programme.

Touch&Play tries to provide a safe learning environment for all the participants. It is designed for adults, and we emphasize the importance of consideration and responsibility for yourself at all times, both physically and emotionally. This includes adequate self-assessment as to your readiness for such an event.

As an intensive event working with the body, intellect, emotions and sexuality we recognize that some people may find aspects of the program challenging or moving. To create a respectful, relaxed and safe atmosphere during the whole event, everyone is invited, to not only assure their own health, safety and happiness but also to assess and promote the security and joy of others and the whole group at the event. . This includes at times disregarding instructions or modifying activities for yourself proposed by the event organizers and facilitators. This also includes a drug- and alcohol-free environment as well as the strong recommendation to practice safer sex in case you engage in any sexual activities. It is our aim that as a group everyone at the festival and experiment is able to live and share a full and rewarding experience.


Because of the unique atmosphere at Touch&Play Project events and the subjects that are addressed, we ask you to moderate your photography and video recording. Please only take images of the surroundings, yourself and those that have given you explicit permission to be included. There will be an official event photographer and/or film-makers for documentation purposes and participants will be invited to indicate if they prefer not to be included in any of the material that is taken.

Participants will be asked to sign a copyright release
form for the images and footage taken during the event as the Touch&Play Project might use them to promote future events and create a visual archive of our work on the web. Individuals can request not to be included in any of the images or footage that these professionals might capture.

After the festival we will publish internally any photos and videos for review by the participants during which any person may request the removal of material in which they appear.

All material (audio-visual or other) recorded during a Touch & Play Project event falls under the following creative commons license: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Material may be published on the internet and could be used in the promotion of future events. The Touch & Play organizers can in no case be held liable for damages resulting from the recording and or publishing of audio-visual material relating to the event.


Cancellation up-to 21days prior to the event: Full refund except the processing fee. We keep 50,-€ as a processing fee. All the refunds will be made one month after the Festival finish. Make sure you have send your bank account info to the organization team.

From then on, 21 days before the event and onwards, we keep the full fee but we are open to a substitute if you know a last minute Touch&Player (unless the event is subject to a participant selection process in which case this new person must pass this selection before being able to attend).

No refunds will be given if you do not show up or if you leave the event early for any reason In especial circumstances of extenuating circumstances – such as a death in the family or an accident – in which case we do not gurantee the refund but we will try it (less a 100,- € processing fee or fees form the venue). No refund will be available if you attend the event and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.

Participation in the event and attendance at the event location is at your own risk. If you plan to teach/present/facilitate or otherwise share your knowledge at the event you fully accept the responsibility that this brings and accept any liability claims that may result from this. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities,
temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers teachers and other collaborators.

The organizers are not liable for any physical, emotional or material damages or injuries caused to your property, yourself or others. We do not take responsibility for any loss of property while attending.

By reading this form you agree to waive, release and discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my
traveling to and from this activity, The Touch&Play Project board member, event organizers, teachers and other collaborators. You further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. Finally, you acknowledge that the Touch&Play Project its board members,
volunteers, representatives, and agents are not responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf.

The organisation it is not responsible for lost or stolen property.


During the Festival, we the organizers prioritize the right to protect the safety of all participants and staff. Anyone who compromises that safety may be asked to leave with no refunds given. Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone we deem unfit or unsafe to attend.
This accident waiver and release of liability form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.


The Touch&Play Project association and La Vidalenca SCCL (known as Vidalia) follow the current European legislation on RGDP Data Protection, established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27 of 2016 and in Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. We treat the information provided to us in order to offer the requested service (to be part of the cooperative and to be involved in the activity that it carries out). The data provided will be preserved while maintaining the relationship, during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations and is archived in our archive. The data will not be ceded to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation. You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Touch&Play or Vidalia treats your personal data and has the right to access your personal data, rectify the inaccurate data, request its deletion when the data are no longer necessary, as well as limitation and opposition. We also request your authorization to offer services related to the requested.

All that said we really hope you come and help us make this event an experience we will keep as a treasure for the rest of your life.
